White & Company congratulates Brittney Menzel on her upcoming Maternity Leave.
Brittney has practiced with care and diligence for her clients all the while caring for her own growing family. Brittney's clients will be well represented by Stephanie Weidmann until Brittney's return to practice.
We celebrate her choice to expand her family and take time off to do so. We are grateful for the work she has put in to set her clients up for success and we anxiously await the arrival of the "newest team member" at White & Company.

Shahin Keyvandarian to Complete Legal Articles in BC
White & Company is delighted to have Shahin Keyvandarian join the company to complete his legal articles.
Shahin has several years of practice experience in law thus far, making him an excellent addition to the team while he articles under Principal Lawyer Betti White to complete all the requirements necessary for his call to the British Columbia bar.
​Shahin and his wife are now settled in Penticton, BC and we welcome them enthusiastically to the community. ​

Stephanie Weidmann Joins White & Company
White & Company is happy to announce that Stephanie Weidmann joined as an associate lawyer.
Stephanie has practiced exclusively in family law litigation since the beginning of her legal career. Ms. Weidmann's experience includes all levels of court in British Columbia, including the BC Court of Appeal.

Stephanie returns to the Okanagan for client meetings whenever possible and works primarily from Victoria, BC.

Alana Dubeau Promoted to Practice Manager
Alana Dubeau joined White and Company in September 2023 as a Senior Paralegal with a wealth of business administration experience.
Alana has been instrumental in shifting the firm forward with practical solutions for efficiency and procedural flow and we are excited she has accepted the often requested, nearly demanded, position of Practice Manager.
Alana spends her days putting out the fires that seem to crop up regularly in family law while also continuing to practice as Betti White's Trial Paralegal.
